Consultative -

We start by meeting with you to learn about your "Dream", listening  to how  you will use your project. This can vary from extensive entertaining where emphasis is placed upon grilling that perfect recipe poolside, or perhaps a Jr. Olympic size lap pool to train for  upcoming competition. Others may envision a natural retreat with plenty of shade to spend long summers outdoors, looking out onto Palm Trees outside of a Koi Pond with a Rumbling Spa in the center. Wherever your dream takes us, visually, we begin with a complete plan to get you there.......

After we have your plan finalized, Our Approach includes the following:

1) HOA approval assistance ( as needed)

2) Permitting - We handle all necessary calls for inspection(s) and work with respective inspectors through Final. We will guide you in regards to items required for safety, along with recommended after market products available, to maintain proper upkeep of your project for years to come.

3) Communication - This is one of our core values, informing you of status each step of the way. We recognize that with most contractors, this is an area that can cause great stress. Our commitment is to create a no-nonsense, pleasant experience from start through finish. Long after completion of the project we would enjoy assisting every way we can, as from experience, happy clients are a tremendous source of new business. This is why we value communication as one of our core practices.

4) Construction - With our experience, we choose to build projects that are a "Cut Above". With central Texas landscape, it is not uncommon to have mild to severe slopes in the yard. We prefer to think of these as opportunity for a multi-level project. Where we shine is the ability to construct in challenging conditions, exceeding tolerances and specifications to ensure stability for a lifetime.

5) Service - Before we finish and turn the pool over to you, we will instruct you on every aspect and function(s) of your project .
